**Panangad Grama Panchayat: 2024–2025 Project Summary**
**1. Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Sector**
* **Integrated Paddy Cultivation Development:** ₹6,75,000 allocated for the project.
* **Kerasoubhagya Coconut Lime Application and Allied Projects:** Total expenditure is ₹28,26,418.
* **Millet Farming:** Expected expenditure of ₹20,000.
* **Medicine Procurement for Krishi Bhavan Crop Care Center:** ₹20,000.
* **Heifer Distribution:** Total expenditure of ₹2,00,000.

* **Scholarship for Differently-Abled Students:** Total expenditure of ₹26,72,650.
* **Wages for Staff under Aardram Scheme at Vayalada FHC (Family Health Center):** ₹9,24,600.
* **Wages for Lab Technician:** ₹2,57,060.
* **Comprehensive Health Care:** ₹1,00,000.
* **Medicine Procurement (PHC Panangad):** ₹2,00,000.
* **Renovation of Mangayam Govt. Homeo Dispensary:** ₹2,00,000.
* **Contribution to Cancer Care Society:** ₹50,000.
* **Utensils, Almirahs, and Drinking Water Facilities for Anganwadis:** Allocated across various projects—₹2,00,000 for utensils/almirahs and ₹2,00,000 for drinking water.
